Shawn vs. Bret Heart

Post by RamLp321 » Fri Feb 07, 2003 11:37 pm

there is a topic going around asking if they would like to see a sting match. that would be cool because it would be out of the ordinary. But would it be even more cool if...

HBK fights Y2J at Wrestlemaina and wins (Y2J leaves). HBK stays and starts talking about how he is the best wrestler there and and he would beat anyone right here right now. about a minute would go by and no one comes out. HBK says that with no one challenging him proves that he is the best wreslter there is. Then you hear brets music hit and you can fill in the rest on what would happen next.

Now how cool would that be?

I'm not a big Bret Hart or HBK fan so it really doesn't matter to me, but I think that would bring in the ratings if it did happen especially from Canada.

I'd love to see the situation you mention, the only problem is that Bret can't ever wrestle again due to his concussion and subsequent stroke.
If Bret were to come back it would not be in the ring competing but in some other form.

We can thank the "wonderfully entertaining" Bill Goldberg for ending Brets in ring career long before Bret wanted it ended. What an ASS CLOWN!!!
Can anyone say GOLDBERG SUCKS!!!!!

yeah thats why i didn't say he would go down to the ring and fight. Maybe he would become a one of those GM assistance and book HBK in hard matches or something. But then again that probably would end up to somehow breat getting in the ring with HBK

Not to point out the obvious but................................................

Would you want to see Bret Heart come back to the WWE at wrestlemania to fight HBK in a fair rematch

Your original poll states that Bret and Shawn would "fight", but as I say that is just not possible with Brets current health situation. But as I said I like you would love to see a rematch but alas it's not to be, another "twist of fate" in the life of Bret Hart over the last five years.

I'd love to see a HBK/Bret Hart 4 match. However, like other people have mentioned, Bret's in no condition to wrestle anymore.

You shock me LB.

I thought you were desperate for a Bret return when it was rumoured around RAW X time.

It's all irrelivant anyway because Bret said himself in his CS column (i'm pretty sure) that he's 'neither physically or mentally ready for a return in any fashion'.

He did say he's back to 90% though, in his opinion.

If he were to take another knock on the head, would he suffer another stroke?

This would be a great last match for both men, but i would rather see:

Bret Hart v.s Vince McMahon

Altough Bret will probably never wrestle again, it would be sweet to see him and Shawn Michaels in at least some sort of a confrontation. I wouldn't totally rule it out, I mean I've seen some things in the WWF/WWE that I never thought I'd see.
Everybody's got a price!

^Like Harvey Whippleman as WWF Womens Champ, or Big Show as WWE/F Champion, or the Hogan winning the tag titles with... Edge?

I would love to see it, but only if Bret was in good ring shape, which he is not. Bret's in ring days are sadly well behind him, but I think everyone would like to see this match one more time
