Well, we're down from sixty four to the Super Eight. Some folks aren't happy with their favorite ladies being eliminated, some still have there gals in the running for a divisional title. Voting runs until 8pm Eastern time, July 10th. That's 1am Ireland/U.K and 10am Melbourne on the 11th. Here's your ballot:

Best of the Best: Queen's Tournament Divisional Finals:

Layla vs. Candice Michelle

Kharma vs. AJ

Trish Stratus vs. Mae Young

Vickie Guerrero vs. Nikki Bella

Two brackets are going to be close, I think two will be one sided, possibly our first sweep of the tournament.

Nikki Bella in the last eight... Good Lord. And I'm liking Goob's extremely tactical voting. He knows the three who are most likely to beat AJ. At the moment, I'd almost be willing to put my money on Trish to actually do it.

Layla vs. Candice Michelle

Kharma vs. AJ

Trish Stratus vs. Mae Young

Vickie Guerrero vs. Nikki Bella

Only two of my votes were tactical. I've voted Mae Young the whole way. The ENTIRE women's wrestling tree starts with her as one of the roots

I respect my elders

Hold the phone. Maybe I spoke too soon. Kharma's currently got her at 4-4. Better get your clock out again, Goober, and hope that there isn't an unfortunate vote against AJ in the next few hours.

And Mae Young may have invented women's wrestling, but my earliest memory of her is getting powerbombed off the stage, through the table, by Bubba Dudley. Nothing will match the respect that I gained for her from that. Still one of the most insane, shit-my-pants spots I think I've ever seen.

Clearly she didn't earn enough respect though, as you didn't vote for her =p

Mae Young taking that spot proved she had more balls then any of the guys on the roster at that time

All the new bitches in wrestling need to bow down to her for that!

Ordinarily I probably would, but she wouldn't stand a chance against AJ. I'd love to see the big Trish match.

I'll never understand why people hold Trish on such a high pedestal. She had longevity, and was pretty solid. It was only when all the rest of the talent fled the division that she was ever the best worker there. She benefited from great chemistry with Lita (the hottest female act of that generation), the love triangle, and receiving prolonged prominent booking simply because she stuck around when everybody else left.

Much like with The Rock, I wonder if people have forgotten that by the end of her run, Trish was getting more boos than cheers.
