When watching Legend there's something oddly nostalgic about seeing Tom Hardy brawling with prison guards. He previously played infamous prisoner Charles Bronson in the 2008 film "Bronson". When he goes full on he gets really interesting.

If Little Jimmy was a character in The Revenant he would be the one played by Tom Hardy.

ASMR - The feeling of sensation throughout the scalp triggered through various means such as sounds or soft touch. Recently learnt that ASMR was the term for this and also learnt that not everyone experiences it which I found quite surprising.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autonomou ... n_response

A video that always triggers it for me is here (make sure to listen with headphones, it makes use of left and right speakers)
SpoilerShow
Quite curious to know if there's anyone here who doesn't or hasn't experienced these sensations.

Part of me is curious about how The Dukes of Hazard got away with all that speeding over the years, how did they manage to legally stay on the road?

My 14-year-old step-niece recently popped a bunch of pills and drank a bottle of wine in attempt to kill herself. Luckily her parents were able to find her.

I've been having trouble imagining this beautiful little blonde-headed girl reaching such a state and what would lead to such a drastic measure that she would want to end her life.

Teenagers these days are under so much more pressure than anything any of us experienced. My 13 year old niece proves this to me everytime I see her. Probably safe to say your step-niece is suffering from depression, which itself is a nasty thing to have. Combine that with raging hormones and all the social pressure and it was probably all too much for her. Luckily her attempt failed. As long as she gets the support she needs and isn't made to feel judged or vilified then she'll hopefully come out of this stronger. Nobody can force her to talk about her problems, but knowing she's supported will make a world of difference.

People like Sarah Palin who disavow SCIENTIFIC FACT like vaccines, climate change and evolution and seek to discredit recognised academics in their field are some very wrong people whose behaviour needs to be ignored by everyone who comes across it. Points of view that are simply incorrect. It's dangerous.

I have an azalea bush in the front yard that has 2 different color flowers growing on the same bush.
I'd never seen that before. Strange.

I was out running some errands today, and a fantasy occurred to me:
I would like to see an auto race, where all the vehicles are large SUVs; Escalades, Suburbans, Honda Ridgelines, etc.
And all the drivers are female. Female real estate agents.
Talking on a cell phone is required.
That would be fun to watch. I can imagine the carnage.
