What have you been listening to?
Re: What have you been listening to?
I bought a sum 41 greatest hits album from the original band but i'm not sure if the bands original now because
I have downloaded there newer songs and does not sound like the old songs or they have a new singer which sucks sometimes
just like drowning pool oh does anyone still like sum 41 here mostly there old songs?

My brother turned me on to this a while back. I didn't particularly care for these guys, on first listen, and filed it away.
But I was in the mood for something different, and dug this back out. It's kinda campy and overly theatrical, but the more i listen to it, the more I like it. I can dig a band that's into devils, werewolves and vampires. Fun Stuff!

Isrs, the singer of Sum 41 is still Deryck Whibley, as it's always been.

Re: What have you been listening to?
I think Trap music is the "I'm too old for shit"/"Fuck you kids today!" milestone music genre for me. I don't get it at all. It sounds rap done by people with really shitty flow and with dudstep thrown on top of it to distract from the shitty flow and lack of lyrics.

Got kicked in the head
So I started a fight
Cause I knew I was right
But I learned I was wrong

Re: What have you been listening to?
I'm just utterly taken aback with the loss of Chris Cornell. There's nothing else I can say.
This is one of my absolute favourite songs (and Comfortably Numb), written by Cornell's dear friend and former roommate, the late Andrew Wood of Mother Love Bone.
Reunited again in the great unknown.

Guilty pleasure
"My favourite spot is the one where I would pick him up for an aeroplane spin and rotate as many times as possible. He’d be so dizzy that he would try to pin the referee, and I’d count to three and he’d think that he won - Daniel Bryan

I haven't posted here in a few weeks. Let's fix that with a deep cut from A Flock of Seagulls:
