Last Show You Watched Thread.
Re: Last Show You Watched Thread.
I was rather disappointed with Star Trek Discovery. I watched it until the end, but was ready to turn it off after almost every commercial break.
I actually think The Orville is better, so far.

Re: Last Show You Watched Thread.
I've been watching the 1987 tmnt show and I remember seeing one of a many errors in the show like if they had leonardo talking
and they would show rapheals face but not leo's and one episode in season 2 with the robot evil cops like how they were hunted down on a bridge
and the robot evil cops shot through the bridge they were on and they went into the river with the turtle van and all of a sudden
april was with splinter then they went and helped them out and all of a sudden april and splinter had the turtle van.
So, how can they have 2 turtle vans used after each other in the same episode?

Is The Orville a show set in the Star Trek Universe? I know it's made and stars Seth MacFarlane (who is a massive Trek fan) but I can't tell if it's a sort of loving tribute or a show actually connected with Star Trek itself.

^^ It's not in the Trek Universe, but shares most of the same concepts. I thought it was supposed to be a parody of Star Trek. but from what I've seen so far, a tribute is probably a more accurate description. It is produced by Brannon Braga, who was the producer on ST:TNG and DS9, so, stylistically it is very similar to those shows.

I've yet to see the Orville. I'd like to, it looks interesting enough, but I have no idea when the episodes even air.

It's on Fox network, Thursday nights (up against NFL football), so I dunno what that would equate to where you live.

Looking forward to The Punisher on Netflix, whenever they announce the airdate. Probably October or November sometime.

I did expect The Orville to be more of a dumb comedy but it's been surprisingly thoughtful so far. I'm enjoying it.

Whaaaaaaaat?! Well, both channels are owned by Viacom, so, not totally out of the question. Still though, I'm more than a little surprised. Thanks for sharing that Mafwanix! I would have totally missed it.

Nice. Big fan of his take on Deathstroke in Arrow.

Spent the last few months watching Frasier, I'll miss it dearly, great characters, great dialogue, great scenarios. It'll go down as one of my all time favourites.

Such a good show. It's one I only gained an appreciation for as an adult, but once I did, I was a fan. Daphne was definitely my favourite character.

Re: Last Show You Watched Thread.
Very slowly making my way through Black Mirror. About 1/3 of my way through the second episode of season one. It's very difficult to describe how I feel about it so far.
