Trump allegedly had an affair with a pornstar and when discussing who to let into the U.S. referred to not letting people from "shithole countries" in when referring to African countries.

Change often requires both voting and protesting to be effective. People can and do participate in both and both have proven successful in American and elsewhere. In the current political climate in the U.S., where federal GOP members of both senate and congress are totally willing to either blithely defend or ignore the egregious utterances of their inept leader to maintain a (tenuous) grip on power, protesting, while still voting, may be one of the few means of reaching said GOPers.
