"Regarding TNA, this is what we know. The talent has been told to come to Orlando and that everything is on. Nobody knows who is paying for it. Nothing has been announced regarding a sale. Nobody has officially said the shows are on, particularly Bound for Glory, but talent is under the impression that the shows are on."

"My favourite spot is the one where I would pick him up for an aeroplane spin and rotate as many times as possible. He’d be so dizzy that he would try to pin the referee, and I’d count to three and he’d think that he won - Daniel Bryan

I like to think it's because my impeccable reviews are impossible to resist.

How crazy would it be if WWE bought TNA?

Not that crazy at all, when you consider that WWE bought the much bigger entity that was WCW and later bought out the remaining assets of ECW (mostly its tape library and a few other odds and ends)
They've already shown interest in getting it for the tape library. I doubt they'd do much else with it. As far as I know the talent deals aren't anywhere near as binding as WCW's were, so there's nothing there to really have to worry about. Might be a few folks they'd take a closer look at in the Performance Center, but much of the TNA roster are guys who were released from WWE not too long ago, like Sandow, Rhodes, EC3, Galloway. Then there's older WWE talent like Lashley, Gail Kim and the Hardys who might not be keen on returning to WWE anyway or whom WWE might not be interested in having back at the moment.
Can't see them doing much with the physical assets like the belts, rings and stage sets and such. I doubt WWE would ever use a six sided ring in any capacity and if they did want to, they would have made one themselves a long time ago. My bet would be that most of it would just find its way to the giant warehouse they have in Stamford and either stored or liquidated.

The crazier thought is that TNA might cost more than WCW did.

Kayfabe news is the best.
But it really isn't all that crazy for Vince to buy TNA in my eyes. It's just more asset acquisition on their part.

Minor spoiler, the main event introduction for both performers. I thought this was really well done

BFG Thoughts $1
Holy shit was that X-Division match a shitty spotfest at the end. GIFs incoming, if I can remember.
The Bound for Gold, AKA, "MITB But you need to give at least a week of warning" was oe of the more boring battle royales I've seen after the first... 6 minutes?

BFG Thoughts #2
Bennett, you aren't nearly as big as Moose... Maybe you should reconsider piledriving him. Otherwise, this match was fine.
Grand Championship Match: Eddie Edwards may have the worst tattoo I've seen in wrestling. Yes, even worse than Lance Archer's trampstamp. Title Matches are 5 minutes per round, instead of the 3 that the others went. And the main lights went out. So that happened.

BFG thoughts #3
Reby is a talented Pianist. Also, I dig the Decay. Crazy Steve is fantastic. Big fan. Also, the ref counting a pinfall during Steve and Jeff's weird backstage brawl is amusing. This is amazingly camp. i love it.
Flipz for flipz sake (one of the dumb spots)

Knockout's Match was pretty a'ight. Cody's music opening sucks balls.
Lashley did NOT fuck around. SPEAR from Lashley as Borash was introducing EC3 in the ring. I enjoyed the dynamic of this match in the first half. Up until the TK3 on the steps. Then it started to come off the rails. Solid main event.
Overall, The Great War and the Main Event are what I'd recommend, if I were forced to. The Great War was campy and fun is exactly the sort of thing I like from time to time in the undercard.

Yeah, that spot is one of those times when it seems neat when you're thinking about it, but in execution just looks silly.
