Post by isrs4life » Tue Nov 01, 2011 4:46 pm

Given this a whole thread on any time in TNA and would be curious to know if there are matches
that you guys like from the point of 2010-Present and well as the past.

isrs, your starting to just create threads just for the sake of creating them.

It's a TNA Thread that nobody will probably post in anyway.

I think that's less to do with the forum, and more to do with TNA.

There is like only 1-4 post about a PPV each month and no one ever replies about what happen
on Impact and the PPV's after the show on the TNA forum of Wrestleview.

Which I think is sad myself.

What sucks is that the TNA company I used to love, is what it is now.

Why continue writing a thread if you know people wont respond in good light?

What's sad is that no other promotion has made a serious bid to replace this forum with their own.

Yeah, I totally did just call out ROH.

Look, I like a few things TNA has to offer, I actually watch it, however their wrestling style SUCKS and that may be due to my indoctrination of the wwe style and formula BUT, TNA's commentary is too tepid and vague, the announcers never seem hyped up anymore, Tazz seems like he is just on retirement street, enjoying a chinwag and it hurts the matches. Boy is Don West missed!

Secondly, the ring doesnt sound impactful enough and that is a shame considering I used a pun, for wrestlers who insist on using spinning 360 tornado avalanche mega bombs or flipping arm bar superplex ddts, the ring mat doesnt sound loud enough for the bodies to crash onto, hear a wwe ring and you can hear crunch, impact, bashes, crashes, slams sound like they hurts and I HATE...DETESTE when a wrestler fails to sell anything, hence why I dont care how beast worthy Samoa Joe looks, his moves look like a combo strike in a wrestling game, but the opponent just doesnt sell well AT ALL. TNA's visual appeal is so shocking especially when "BOUND FOR GLORY" the biggest PPV of their year looks no different from any TV tapings. AND their backstage interviews, segments are pre taped so you cant hear crowd reactions, a BIG turn off for me.

Rant over.

This thread should be renamed "Your favorite reason why TNA, and the TNA forum, Suck"

In my opinion, TNA's problems go all the way to the top of the food chain. Dixie Carter doesn't have a clue as to how to run a wrestling company; thus, she gets fooled into believing that the TNA style is something revolutionary, and should never change. When in reality, TNA is trying to re-invent the wheel; something that has proven not to work over the years.

I cannot believe that with guys like Al Snow and D'lo Brown, who understand the basics of putting together a decent wrestling program, these kids still show no progress about how to present a character in the theatrical form of a wrestling match. They just go out and throw stuff to the wall, hoping that something sticks. Either the agents don't care, or these young wrestlers are so arrogant they are doing what they want, even though its proven that it doesn't work.

The only time this company showed a bit of promise and potential was when Jeff Jarrett was champion for a whole year. That helped TNA to build a pecking order, and draw the lines between characters. After JJ was taken off the spotlight, everything went downhill. There is just no nucleus to the TNA world, and everytime they try to put someone in, they quit on the idea after a while. Which hurts the product overall.

And BTW, the X-Division has hurt the business and kill as many towns as Vince Russo has. Whoever thinks these juniors are the future of the business, should really look for another form of entertainment to analyze. All the X-Division has done with their no-selling of moves and nonsensical approach to matches is to kill towns for other performers to go and make money in. And this has happened from its insertion.

Anyone remembers the Ultimate X at Bound for Glory 05? I do; it was one of the most embarrassing displays for a company anywhere. They not only killed the Orlando crowd; they killed the entire US crowd who watch on PPV. That has been the X-Division's contribution to the wrestling industry: killing towns left and right with their nonsensical garbage.

Not to mention, the constant change from bad guy to good guy between characters, making anyone who is dumb enough to take time to watch their show wondering who is on whose side. Way to make people to build an interest in your productions.

I could go on, but its kinda late, and I gotta plane to catch. Point made is: TNA sucks, thus making this area of the Wrestleview forums suck.
